Do all items are from Japan?
Yes! Definitely.
 
Do all items are Pre loved?
Most of our items are Preloved, unless stated Brand New or Unused.
 
Its Pre loved, so how's the authenticity & condition of the products?
All items are assessed carefully to check the authenticity and quality of it.
Once the item has been passed to our assessment it will undergo to our third party maintenance company in Japan for servicing, cleaning & polishing to bring back its beauty.
 
I do not know my size?
Our sizes are in Europe/Japan. Please check the conversion below.

Can I resize?

Yes! Some items are resizable. Especially the no brand jewelries. You can resize it up or down. Resizing has top up fee.

Do you accept Layaway?

Yes! Some items are open for layaway up to 3 months. 

SALE items and ON HAND items in Philippines are not eligible for layaway. 

For more than 3 months layaway, please contact us directly.

How long the reservation period?

 We do accept one (1) day reservation period.

Do I have to pay to reserved?

We don't want you to shop impulsively. Initially we do not ask reservation fee, but if you are sure to get the item and do not want anyone to purchase it. We will ask you to pay a non-refundable P5,000 to have it reserve for 3days. Failed to get back to ask after 3days, we will forfeit your reservation fee and give chance for others who would like to purchase the item.

 


What courier do you use to dispatch the item from Japan?

Courier will depends on our client's discretion.
